    Krungthai-AXA Care Khun Kwa Krai

    Krungthai-AXA Care Khun Kwa Krai is a care coordination service that puts customers front and center, by providing a personalized medical treatment service for patients. The team manages and coordinates care between patients and hospitals, as well as manages medical expenses based on the customer’s health benefit plan.

    Service with Free of Charge.

    The service is for Krungthai-AXA Health policy holders who have an illness or are diagnosed with bone disease and spinal joint disease, plus those who are concerned with chronic illnesses, conditions requiring surgery, or diseases that may have high treatment costs.

    The Care Khun Kwa Krai nursing team will initially care for clients who need medical attention, and the nursing team will provide the following core services

    -    Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. customers who have a health policy with an "active" status

    -    Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. customers who are diagnosed and/or have the following conditions: Bone and Spinal Joint diseases. Chronic diseases such as diabetes, a Thyroid illness or uncontrollable high blood pressure. Cancer, including breast cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, prostate cancer, uterine cancer and cervical cancer

    How to register to receive service

    -    Go to website: https://www.krungthai-axa.co.th/th/health-services/care-coordination and click “Register to access service” button, and then fill in required information.

    -   Krungthai-AXA’s officer will contact you within 1 business day

    Simply register for the service through the Emma by AXA application by clicking on the button "Health Service". Click to select "Care Coordination” and a staff member will contact you within a day. Please note that this service is Free of Charge.
