Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance launched a new online advertising vdo based on customer’s real story. The advertisement depicts a true story of a customer (K. Pamin Phongamthipphayakul) who is impressed with the health services program “Care Coordination”. The advertisements focus on communicating positive attitude that is ready to stand up for your family and those around you without giving up on health obstacles. Care Coordination is a special service for KTAXA health policy holders. Care Coordinator project has been launched since 2019 and has been well received. Currently, there are more than 1,100 customers participating in the program.
