“Second Medical Opinion from Specialists"

The service will help customers to make the most
appropriate decision for treatment as following

When you are sick - you have the right to decide what kind of treatment you should choose for yourself.

•Give an opinion based on first examination result or your doctor’s diagnosis which receive from customers
•Give an opinion and suggest whether there should be further diagnosis by a second doctor
•Give an opinion and suggest an option for alternative treatment so that customers can consider and make decisions

Terms of Service

1. Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. customers that hold a Health policy with an "active" status
2. Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. customers who are diagnosed and/or have the following conditions: a serious illness or need serious operation or having high operation cost. You will be contacted within 1 days and will receive the consultation summary within 7 days after fully submit your medical records.
3. Customers should study the details pertaining to coverage and conditions prior to committing to any insurance plan

How to register to receive service

1. Go to website: https://www.krungthai-axa.co.th/th/secondmedicalopinion and click “Register to receive service” button as well as fill in required information
2. Krungthai-AXA’s officer will contact you within 3 business days and enquire more information about your illness.
3. Customers will need to prepare required previous medical reports and submit to email: smo@krungthai-axa.co.th
4. Customer will be contacted by KTAXA officer to make an appointment for VDO consultation with medical specialist.
5. Customers will receive a consultation summary within 7 business days via email
