KRUNGTHAI-AXA LIFE - CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE

2023 marks an exciting milestone as Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance celebrates its 25th Anniversary! One of the leading providers of health and protection services in Thailand attributes this significant milestone to the loyalty and trust of valued policyholders, employees and agents, deeming it a reflection of the unwavering strength, commitment and service across the country.

KTAXA started in Thailand with modest resources, however it has grown considerably over the years and its market share has increased to 8.3 percent in 2021, and the company is now number 5 in the industry. In terms of new health business sales, KTAXA has grown significantly over the years and is now ranked no. 2 in the industry and has achieved 13% of the health market share. Furthermore, the company received the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) score in 2021, indicating that it is the most preferred brand amongst competitors in Thailand.

This success is reflected in the accolades the company has received for its product and service excellence, including iHealthy Ultra, Telehealth and its most recent innovative application Emma by AXA. Some of these awards include, ‘CEO of the Year’ and ‘Insurance Initiative of the Year’ at the Insurance Asia Awards 2021; ‘Most Innovative Health Product’ at ‘The Global Economics Awards’; and ‘The Life Insurance Brand of the Year, Thailand’ at the 2021 Global Banking & Finance Awards.

Speaking about the anniversary, CEO Sally O’ Hara said “The growth and success of KTAXA over the past 25 years can be attributed to our trusted and loyal customers and outstanding employees.  We are fortunate to have so many great people and our commitment to inclusion and diversity has allowed us to grow our workforce to over 1300 people from all over the world and all walks of life.
