Upon purchasing Roke Rai Bao Jai insurance via the Company’s website, select the annual mode of premium payment option and choose a sum assured of 300,000 Baht or higher.

Conditions for Receipt of Privilege
1. The customer who purchases Roke Rai Bao Jai product via the Company’s website will receive a discount Code from Lazada, depending on the selected insurance plan and the conditions as follows.
1.1 Sum Assured 300,000 Baht, get Lazada Discount Code in value of 50 Baht
1.2 Sum Assured 500,000 Baht, get Lazada Discount Code in value of 50 Baht
1.3 Sum Assured 1,000,000 Baht, get Lazada Discount Code in value of 150 Baht
2. Each Discount Code from Lazada contains a value of 50 Baht.
3. The Company shall deliver the policy to the insured within 60 (sixty) days from the policy approval date and pass 15 (fifteen) days after the date the insured receives the policy from the Company.
4. It is the policy sold via the website of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited (KTAXA Electronic Channel); and
5. It is the policy with annual mode of premium payment; and
6. It is the policy approved from 15 July – 30 September 2023.
7. The sales promotion program will be held from 15 July – 30 September 2023, or until the sales promotion items run out, whichever happen first.
8. The Company reserves the right to grant one discount privilege per customer throughout the program.
9. The Company reserves the right to grant the discount to customers of the Roke Rai Bao Jai product sold through the Company's website, and the policy is still effective on the date that the discount code privileges are delivered.
10. The Discount Code will be delivered via SMS to the telephone number specified when applying for insurance. In the event of unsuccessful SMS sending, the Company reserves the right to deliver the discount code by December 2023 via the email channel provided by the insured. This will be done for customers who meet the conditions of the campaign . The discount code privilege will be valid until 31 March 2024 only.
11. This discount is non-transferable, changed into cash, or request a refund in any case, and cannot be used as a discount for paying premiums.
12. In the case where the above discount privilege is used up, the Company reserves the right to terminate the sales promotion without advance notice.
Terms and conditions
1. The applicant must be 20-60 years of age, and passed the consideration according to the conditions specified by the company.
2. The applicant is allowed to purchase this product from every channel in total not more than 1 million Baht Sum Assured.
3. The applicant must be Thai and hold Thai nationality only.
4. The coverage is 1 year and renew year by year until age 84. The insurance coverage will be terminated on the policy anniversary date that the insured reaches the age of 85 years.
5. Renewal premiums of the policy may change due to age, medical expense inflation or overall claim experience of portfolio for this product, but depending on the terms in the policy contract.
The insured can exercise the right to cancel the policy (Free Look) within 15 days from the date of receiving the policy from the company.
Example of exclusions
In case of death
1. Conceal the truth or make false statement, the company will terminate the insurance contract within 2 years after the policy effective date.
2. Commit suicide within 1 year after policy effective date or murdered by beneficiary.
In case of sickness due to critical illness
1. Abnormalities confirmed by the certified physician and clearly proven to be related to the critical illness or the critical illness existing before the policy effective date.
2. The insured refuses to accept treatment or follow treatment recommendations of physician.

6. Is this insurance eligible for tax deduction benefit?
Life insurance premium and Health insurance premium can be used for tax deduction which the maximum is not more than 100,000 baht per year according to the announcement of the Director-General of the Revenue Department No. 172.
