Krungthai-AXA Life Celebrates ‘Week for Good 2023’ and Promotes Women & Sustainability

Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance, celebrated ‘Week for Good 2023,’ a global AXA annual event dedicated to sustainability and employee engagement. This year, AXA dedicated the week to ‘Women & Sustainability’, priority areas for the AXA Group.

To kick start the week, KTAXA launched a ‘Green Market’ inviting all employees to sell used products and raise funds for the Women’s Foundation, an association affiliated to UN Women. The funds raised were increased by KTAXA to 50,000 THB.

KTAXA also initiated ‘Painting hats for breast cancer patients’ and created female hygiene Kits for vulnerable women as part of the AXA Global Challenge.

The online activities encouraged employees to share a photo on social media with #KTAXAWFG2023, and the Week for Good background in MST. The online Women’s Rights and Harassment e-quiz helped to raise awareness and there were also prizes and touch coins for the winners.

To further motivate employee participation, AXA introduced a global competition where 5 entities with the greater improvement of participants between 2022 VS 2023 or the best engagement rate will be provided gold tickets for their employees to attend a 2-day LFC Experience. Results will be announced later this month.
