Self applying the applies automatic premium collection via Emma by AXA application. 

Receive Lotus’s 100 Baht eVoucher (Only first 1,400 customers)* 

From 1 April – 30 June 2025 

The company will send SMS confirmation and get e-Coupon Lotus’s 100 Baht via Rewards PLUS+ on Emma by AXA application. 

*Conditions of activity program are as specified by the company. 

 How to apply Automatic Premium Collection by Credit card (CCPA) or Bank Account (DA) via Emma by AXA application 

  1. Select policy 
  2. Select “Payment Details”  
  3. Select “Apply for automatic premium deduction” 
  4. Select payment method 
  5. Applying with Credit card (CCPA) : Visa, Master and JCB credit cards are accepted. 
  6. Applying with Bank account (DA) : Krungthai Bank Account (KTB) only. 

Terms & Conditions 

  1. This activity is eligible for customer who successfully applies Automatic Premium Collection from all channels during 1 April – 30 June 2025. 
  2. From above eligible, only applied customer who has successfully premium deduction with amount 10,000 Baht per transaction or more. 
  3. The company reserves the right to provide only one eVoucher per customer throughout the program.  
  4. This activity will be held during 1 April – 30 June 2025 (limited for the first 1,400 applied customers), or until the maximum applying is reached, whichever happen first. 
  5. Applying with Credit card (CCPA) for the first 700 customers. 
  6. Applying with Bank account (DA) for the first 700 customers. 
  7. The company will send SMS confirmation according to mobile number provided to the company and provide Lotus’s 100 Baht eVoucher via Rewards PLUS+ on Emma by AXA within July 2025. 
  8. This eVoucher is non-transferable, changed into cash, or request a refund in any case. 
  9. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the activity program without advance notice.   
  10. In the event of any disputes, the Company's decision is considered final, primarily based on the customer's benefits. 
  11. This activity is organized by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance. Terms and conditions areas specified by the company. 
  12. The company assumes that the customers who join this campaign have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the activity. 
  13. The company reserves the right to given the important to the existed information. The customer should keep evidence of participating in the activity of verification if necessary.
