Badges - are awarded every day upon successfully achieving at least one daily goal.

Who is eligible for Axtive and does it cost?

Krungthai-AXA policyholder who holds active, valid iHealthy Ultra, iHealthy, Complete Health Solution, Perfect Health Solution and iChild Health Protection policy and are over 18 years old.

The right to access Axtive service or being an Axtive member is based on status of each insurance plan which will be in accordance with the company’s decision. The company reserves the right to notify the conditions of accessing the service in advance through the company's website.

Simply download Emma by AXA and sign up for Axtive by filling out your basic health information, then connect to Apple Health or Google Fit

How do we collect the data of our daily health activity for Axtive?

After register Axtive in Emma by AXA application, the system will request your permission to connect to Google Fit for Android or Apple Health for iOS to enable Axtive to gather your health data.

What are smart watch that can connect with Google Fit or Apple Health to enable Axtive to gather your health data?

How is the Axtive Score calculated?

Your Axtive Score is calculated every day with a proprietary and scientifically derived algorithm that analyses the amount of exercise, light physical activity, sedentary behavior and sleep that you have each day.
Scoring consistently 80+ indicates a healthy physical lifestyle, which will lower your risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.The Axtive Score is your guide to a healthy physical lifestyle and a long and healthy life.

What does sedentary behavior mean?

Sedentary behavior means sitting or lying down when awake and in which little to no physical effort is made. A sedentary time of 8 hours or more can be detrimental.

Who can participate in the challenges?

The challenge is setup in different period and it is eligible only to selected target group. Therefore, only Krungthai-AXA policyholder who holds active, valid iHealthy Ultra, iHealthy, Complete Health Solution, Perfect Health Solution and iChild Health Protection policy, age are over 18 and meets the criteria can participate.

Can we use any scores cumulated in Axtive for premium discount?

Customer cannot redeem any score for premium discount. However, the company will announce if there are any changes.

Why does the activity data display in the Axtive not the same as smart watch?

Google Fit or Apple Health analyze the activity data retrieved from different fitness tracker apps before classifying and displaying steps count and other types of activities. Depending on the fitness tracker used, the number of steps or other activity data may differ between the fitness tracker app and Google Fit or Apple Health.

Axtive does not track or generate any activity data on its own. It only fetches, and analyses data collected from phone sensors and Google Fit or Apple Health to calculate your Axtive Score.

Axtive Score, sleep time, steps, light activity, sedentary and exercise from yesterday's activities can be change?

Axtive gathers past data from your phone sensors or Google Fit or Apple Health. Analysis of this information may update your physical activity and sleep time and your Axtive Score. Occasionally there may be a delay in receiving your activity data from Google Fit or Apple Health. To fix this, simply wait for some time and then swipe down on the home screen to refresh and check the latest activity data received by Axtive. Axtive always considers your data for the last 24 hours to generate your daily Axtive Score.
