A good mind health is a driving force and inspiration that brings many good things in life, whether it is love, family, work, finances, or your health.
Therefore, Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Company offers the KTAXA Mind Health service to provide consultation for mind health. The company provides a new health service that allows our valued customers to access consultation with a mental health physician or psychologist over the phone.
The services cover the following aspects

Terms of Service
1. This privilege cannot be changed/exchanged/redeemed for cash or transferred to others.
2. Customers can receive a consultation by phone for a 30-minute session free of charge. If customer wants to receive further consultation, the customer will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Krungthai-AXA customers will receive a 10% discount on such expenses, please inform the service provider and request for details. However, these expenses will not be covered by the policy.
3. The company reserves the right to change the conditions, exceptions, duration, and relevant details without prior notice.
4. The company reserves the right not to be liable for damages, losses, or conflicts that may occur in the event of a specified service provider unable to provide services or delays. This includes representatives assigned by either party in the case of disputes, and the decision by Krungthai-AXA Life Assurance Public Company Limited is considered final.
