Krungthai-AXA Life led by Ms. Bubphawadee Owararinth, CPBCO was invited as a special speaker under the topics "Immersive AI Experience in HR" and "Care & Dare: The Power of People Wellbeing" at the Thailand HR TECH 2024 event organized by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) at the Royal Paragon Hall. At the event, Ms. Bubphawadee shared experiences and best practices in taking care of employees through the creation of a learning culture and the use of AI technology in HR functions. This includes learning, recruitment, performance management, and listening to employee feedback, emphasizing the value of the employee voice and the importance of developing an organization and discussed bringing in new innovations to enhance the efficiency of employee work experiences, such as Touch Applications. Under the "Care & Dare: The Power of People Wellbeing" topic, Ms. Bubphawadee shared the comprehensive ways of taking care of employees in terms of physical, mental, and financial well-being through various company benefits. Ms. Bubphawadee also emphasized the courage to do things differently for employees and customers, such as providing financial assistance to purchase home office equipment, leave for pet care, paternity and maternity leave, as well as benefits for LGBTQ+ partners and support for gender reassignment surgery.
