Privilege Levels of Policyholders

3 levels include:

-         Platinum Level

-         Gold Level

-         Silver Level

Policyholders eligible to participate in the Privilege PLUS Program are subject to the following conditions

The selection criteria for policyholders to participate in the program are based solely on the information of the insured, including the following:

1. Total amount of insurance premiums.

2. Preferred insurance products.

3. Number of effective policies and number of years of policy holding.

How to obtain privilege

Policyholders can register and redeem their privileges exclusively through the company's Emma by AXA application only

When does the Privilege PLUS+ 2024 Program begin?

Starting from 17 January to 31 December 2024, the privileges of the program are valid until 31 December 2024, subject to the terms and conditions and the duration of each privilege.

 

What are the terms and conditions for policyholders who can participate in the Privilege PLUS+ program?

Group 1) Existing policyholders - are individuals whose insurance is active and whose premium payments are current, having paid premiums from 1 January to 15 December 2023.

Group 2) New policyholders - are policyholders who purchased a new policy in 2024 and have passed the Freelook period.

How many types of policyholder groups are there, and what makes them different? There are three groups in total: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Policyholders in each group receive different benefits, and the quantity of benefits varies. The number of privileges is limited each month. Policyholders who redeem first will receive the privilege first.

What are the criteria for selecting policyholders to participate in the program at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels?

Platinum status:

1) Policyholders have paid a total policy premium of 250,000 Baht or more within the year, or

2) Policyholders hold at least one Preferred Product and have a total policy premium of 100,000 Baht or more.

Gold status:

1) Policyholders hold at least one Preferred Product and have a total policy premium of 50,000 to 99,999 Baht.

 Silver status:

1) Policyholders hold at least one Preferred Product and have a total policy premium of less than 50,000 Baht; or

2) Policyholders hold three or more effective policies* and have been Krungthai-AXA customers for three years or more.
