1. Description
• This product employs a financial instrument called a call option as part of its risk-management and product development framework to ensure that policyholders receive returns that align with the movement of the index, based on the index-linked return calculation formula determined by the company as specified in this document. This calculation excludes any impact from exchange-rate fluctuations.

• BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index has access to investment opportunities in developed markets, e.g., the United States, Europe and Japan to diversify the risk and maximize investment returns by allocating appropriate proportions of investments in bonds, equities, commodities (including gold) and flexibly adjusting the investment proportions according to global market conditions to increase returns and reduce risks or volatility.
• Since BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index is calculated in USD currency, the Company shall convert the performance into THB currency according to the currency exchange rate on the initial valuation date and the final valuation date, by reference to Bank of Thailand’s website (https://www.bot.or.th/th/statistics/exchange-rate.html) where the exchange rate on the initial index valuation date is based on USD Selling rate and the exchange rate on the final index valuation date is based on USD buying rate.
• The Company has a policy to invest in the reference index within 45 days from the policy issue date, and has a policy to calculate the value of the final valuation date by comparing the reference index between two days: 1) the reference index within 45 days before the end of policy year 10 and 2) the reference index of one year before that. The higher value of the reference index is used as the value of the final valuation date.
• In the event that the final valuation date of the reference index is not index business day as announced by the reference index provider, the final valuation date of the reference index shall be postponed to the next index business day or other date in accordance with the terms of the investment instrument.
2. Disclaimer
The returns based on the reference index calculated from the BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index are subject to the following risks:
(1) Index price volatility risk (Market Risk)
(2) Exchange rate risk. Since the index is in USD currency, Thus, exchange rate volatility risk of THB currency and USD currency may exist.
In the event that any of the following circumstances occur during the term of the contract:
1. If the index calculation agent or the index sponsor of the BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index discontinues the preparation or calculation of the reference index, makes any changes to the details of the reference index (including the method of calculating the index level) that may affect the policyholder’s benefits, or is unable to publish the index level for more than 15 consecutive index business days; or if any event occurs that affects the underlying instruments linked to the reference index as specified in the terms and conditions of such underlying instruments; or
2. If any event occurs that affects the credibility or the ability to meet debt obligations of the counterparty, the index sponsor, or the index calculation agent of the BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index, including but not limited to breach of contract or default, debt restructuring, bankruptcy filings or any actions relating to bankruptcy law, regulatory intervention, unlawful acts causing damage, actions taken by government or regulatory authorities, or any lawsuits or legal proceedings; or
3. If any other event occurs involving the counterparty, the index sponsor, or the index calculation agent of the BNP Paribas Multi Asset Diversified 5 AF Index that may affect the policyholder’s benefits, including force majeure events or changes in laws that may affect the policyholder’s benefits, fraud or fraudulent or illegal conduct, or any lawsuits or legal proceedings that may impact the policyholder’s benefits,
The Company reserves the right to procure a new index as a substitute, the new index will not have a significant negative impact on the benefits of the insured, or to replace the counterparty, the index sponsor, or the index calculation agent as appropriate. If the Company is unable to procure a new index or find a replacement counterparty, index sponsor, or index calculation agent, the Company will make a cash settlement as soon as reasonably practicable based on the value received by the Company from the cancellation of the underlying instruments related to the reference index. The Company will issue an endorsement notifying the policyholder in writing of such changes. All actions taken by the Company will be based on appropriateness and with due consideration for the best interests of the policyholder.

Worldclass Legacy 99/5 with returns based on the reference index is a whole‑life insurance product with a 5‑year premium payment period, providing coverage until age 99. It offers protection in the event of death as well as at maturity of the policy. In addition, the product provides returns based on the reference index at the end of policy year 10. This returns based on the reference index differs from traditional participating products. 2. Risks associated with returns based on the reference index calculated from the BNP Paribas Multi AssetDiversified 5 AF Index are as follows
1. Market Risk: The return is subject to fluctuations in the index level, which may vary depending on market conditions.
2. Currency Risk: Since the index is denominated in U.S. dollars, there is a risk arising from fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Thai Baht and the U.S. dollar.
Nevertheless, the policyholder will still receive the full maturity benefit as specified in the policy terms and conditions. The maturity benefit is not exposed to market risk or currency risk, as it is not affected by movements in the index level or exchange rate fluctuations.
