Job Description

- Manage Agency NBI

- Operate the number of activities to Stimulate production as planed.

- Check and collect problem of work in responsible to developed more efficiently.

- Report problem of work in responsible to management level

- Manage Agency Manpower

- Propose and find out how to increase and preserve the number of agents in accordance with management’s policies.

- Evaluate and give advice to team members to achieve personal effectiveness and consistent with the company goals.

- Decrease Problems and obstacles for solve the problem to increase the number of sales in line with management's policies.

- Enforce agent to understand insurance business for sustainability.

- Manage Agency Productivity.

- Propose strategic to drive agency distribution channel increase case count and case size or productivity.

- Enforce the insurance knowledge to agency to understand company policy and goal.

- Manage Agency Total Management expense

- Propose the activities in line with management’s policies to support all areas of Sales across the country.

- Manage Agency Persistency Rate

- Analyze problem and solve the problem to maintain the policy with management’s policies.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economic

- At least 2 years of experience in team management support sales agents

- Experience in management development and sales team development

- Having insurance knowledge

- Capable to analyze, strategy planning, budget and activity management in efficiency way

- Have own car and flexible to work in up country

- Have leadership skill, excellent in communication, interpersonal skill
