- Review, analyze and approve medical claims within authority limits.

Health Claim Assessor

- Performing the software design of implementing software solution to descript all aspect of the software for building.

- Performing the software construction through a combination of coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing and debugging.

- Performing the modification of a software product after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes.

- Performing the software development methodologies such as tradition development, agile development, or other attributes.

- Performing software quality to cover reliability, efficiency, security and maintainability.

- Contribute to the application of management activities—planning, coordinating, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting—to ensure that the development and maintenance of software is systematic, disciplined, and quantified.

- Proven 5 - 10 years’ experience in software engineering or software development related.

- Relevant experience on frontend & Backend development or Mobile Development.

- Ability to use software process model (Workflow, Dataflow, Use case diagram).

- Ability to develop software in JavaScript, GoLang,Java and C# (Optional) languages.

- Experience with Cordova, Saga middleware, Kubernetes and NodeJS+Express are a plus.

- Experience in developing web applications using most popular framework and tools (NodeJS, React, AngularJS, Docker, GIT hub, strongloop)

- Experienced in web application security.

- Able to multi-task and prioritize work load supporting multiple projects.

- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases SQL and NoSql.

- Experience with test-driven development

The role of the Software Engineer is to perform software design, construction, testing, maintenance, quality of software and implementation in a systematic method

Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer

- Manage the Statutory team and Reinsurance team to deliver work timely and accurate and work with Pricing team to agree on the assumption use in pricing.

- Lead and ensure monthly actuarial reporting inputs to the Dashboard have been submitted in accordance with pre-agreed timelines with appropriate comments. The reporting inputs include monthly reserves and earnings results.

- Lead and ensure all regulatory returns are submitted on time. These include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly reporting requirements on reserves, statistics and other data. Ensure compliance with regulations, corporate policy and external auditors in these submissions.

-Deliver and agree with the Regional Office / Local Risk the parameters for the Non-Economic Assumptions review (mortality, health, lapses, unit costs)

- Deliver the monthly reinsurance accounts to all reinsurers. Aim for no more than a 3-month lag.

- Reinsurance treaties are signed within one month of a product going live.

- Ensure that the Statutory Earning projections are completed according to the agreed timelines.

- Ensure that assumption used in the projections are done accurately and that the results can be explained

- Supervise, delegate, coordinate and review the work in the Statutory & Reinsurance. Provide suitable training where required

- At least 7 years life insurance working experience preferably in actuarial valuations or financial reporting. 

- Between 3 and 7 years post-qualification if the person is a Fellow.

- B.Sc or M.Sc in Actuarial studies / Statistics / Mathematics / Sciences

- Fellow of an Actuarial Society e.g. Society of Actuaries, Institute of Actuaries of Australia, Institute & Faculty of Actuaries is desirable but not a requirement

- A moderate level of knowledge on financial reporting standards is a requirement

- A good knowledge of Excel and Prophet (or similar packages) is required.

- A good command of English, since it is the office language.

- Facilitate Product Implementation & Communication Committee material and

- Ensuring product implementation is following product governance to avoid

- Execute appropriate project management approach to ensuring all product project

is under control and raise the concern to management if it is required.

- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are

on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in related majors with at least 5 years experience of field experience

- At least 7-10 years experience of field experience

- Specializes in the product management and implementation

Support Head of Product Implementation to lead all product implementation and ensuring key product implementation activity and issue has been addressed

AVP – Product Delivery Management

- Operate the number of activities to Stimulate production as planed.

- Check and collect problem of work in responsible to developed more efficiently.

- Propose and find out how to increase and preserve the number of agents in accordance with management’s policies. 

- Evaluate and give advice to team members to achieve personal effectiveness and consistent with the company goals.

- Enforce agent to understand insurance business for sustainability. 

- Propose strategic to drive agency distribution channel increase case count and case size or productivity. 

- Enforce the insurance knowledge to agency to understand company policy and goal.

- Propose the activities in line with management’s policies to support all areas of Sales across the country. 

- Analyze problem and solve the problem to maintain the policy with management’s policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economic

- At least 2 years of experience in team management support sales agents

- Experience in management development and sales team development

- Capable to analyze, strategy planning, budget and activity management in efficiency way

- Have own car and flexible to work in up country

- Have leadership skill, excellent in communication, interpersonal skill

Staff -Agency Sale Coordinator

- Responsible day to day operations of Inbound Call Center both Thai and English language and expected result are as following;

- Ensure calls are answered within committed service levels

- Operate inbound and outbound call activities to build long term relationship with customer, increase persistency & customer satisfaction by perform the multi-tasking outbound call among priorities of welcome call and Guarantee call back, newly orphan greeting and including the delighting MKT activities & campaign i.e. get well soon.

- Responsible for premium payment on phone by credit card, ensure premium collection accuracy and process must be align with compliance and legal

- Preferred 2 years of experience in call center of insurance business

- English communication at good level is a must
