March 8th, 2024 -- In recognition of International Women’s Day, KTAXA organised a series of events and initiatives to celebrate women and reinforce its commitment to gender equality and cultivating a culture of inclusion.
This year, KTAXA invited Khun Tonhom Sakuntala Thianphairot, the well-known actress, MC, DJ, and Youtuber to share her journey with employees under this year’s theme “Inspire Inclusion”. Ms. Sakuntala highlighted the challenges she faced, including being a single mother, and the obstacles she overcame before becoming a successful DJ with her own Youtube channel. Tonhom also touch on the importance of gender equality and how we can all play our part in building an inclusive society.
Under KTAXA’s ‘We Care’ program, the company distributed sanitary towels to all female employees in head office and branch offices to promote women’s health and well-being, reduce stigma surrounding menstruation and create a more inclusive workplace.
To promote female networking and gain different perspectives, KTAXA’s “Thrive Mentoring Program” also formed part of the agenda. This is the third year of the global mentoring initiative and mentees were encouraged to ‘pay it forward’ by becoming a mentor and sharing their knowledge and insights.

To raise awareness about the celebrations, KTAXA also encouraged employees to share their experiences with an #InspireInclusion image and publish it on social media, in support of the company’s commitment to embracing equity and inclusion.
