Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance, a leading Green Insurer and the Dream Company to Work For, celebrated its 25th anniversary with the launch of a new office through Slim G project under the concept of “Work Smart Live Smart” that combines creativity with environment and holistic health. The state-of-the-art office corresponds to the company’s Flexible Working Hours policy and Smart Working as it offers a fun and healthy working style, and at the same time, increases employee engagement, following the company’s purpose of “Act for human progress by protecting what matters”.

“This year KTAXA celebrated our 25th anniversary as the company continues to commit to sustainability development. As a leading Green Insurer, we are committed to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors across the business with a solid sustainability indicator as this year, we received the AXA Sustainability Index of 81.9 and is ranked #1 in AXA Asia for 6 consecutive years. Furthermore, AXA Group focuses on climate change as one of the Company's key strategies, and the AXA Progress Index, which is another indicator of AXA Group and KTAXA as an insurer, investor and exemplary company such as a policy to reduce carbon dioxide by 15% this year and increase investment in green businesses, etc.. On top of that, to celebrate our anniversary, we organized multiple projects and activities to thank our customers, distributors, and employees such as THE MATCH Bangkok Century Cup 2022 coming up this 12 July, Know Your Hearts project – a heart checkup service to increase health awareness for the customers, AXA Prime Blue project to improve professionalism for our distributors, free Caravan Health Check in 25 different venues across the country throughout the year, Step Life 1st Time Marathon, including Commit To Climate campaign in which we encourage everyone to help save the world, and KTAXA Save Our Sea in which we contribute to the marine environment by releasing the turtle back to the sea and planting coral in Chonburi and Phuket.”, said Khun Sally O'Hara, Chief Executive Officer of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance.

“One of KTAXA’s most highlighted projects for this year is the Slim G project. The company renovated the office spaces under the concept of ‘Work Smart Live Smart’ in alignment with the Smart Working policy, a hybrid working style that plays an important role in reducing commuting and energy, especially carbon dioxide. The Slim G project has been initiated in 2021 with an aim to adjust the spaces within the office by focusing on increasing co-working areas where employees work together more closely, while contributing to a more environmentally friendly working style. The new office not only makes all employees happier, it also encourages them to offer excellent services to our customers, be more creative, and more positive to the society.”, added Khun Sally O'Hara.

Khun Bubphawadee Owararinth, Chief People and Brand & Communications Officer of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance, stated that “The Slim G project under ‘Work Smart Live Smart’ concept is part of AXA Group’s Smart Working initiative. We have been renovating our office spaces since last year, making them more flexible, while increasing green areas to enhance the health and wellbeing of our employees and improve the environment. Also, the new office makes use of technologies to enhance efficiency as well as encourages collaboration and flexible working environment. All the changes correspond to the hybrid working (60% working from the office, 40% working from home) and enable us to be the best workplace for all employees. Thanks to the Slim G project, we are able to increase the efficiency by 40%. One of the changes under this project includes transforming all the executive rooms to meeting rooms, while the executives move to work closer with the employees. Also, our employees have contributed to these changes by deciding on the suitable designs of their workstations as we increase co-working spaces on each floor. Additional changes include the installment of KTAXA Studio equipped with international standard tools, Creative Hub – a room decorated in a laidback and cozy style to boost creativity, AXA Prime Lounge for AXA Prime distributors, training and insurance license examination rooms with modern equipment, Tao Bin machine, Duck Store, including the Vertical Garden with hydroponics, one of our highlights of green space within the office. More importantly, the Slim G project aligns with the company’s Climate Change strategy in which we encourage eco-friendly lifestyle by commuting less and improve the working environment by making it more sustainable.”

“In addition, the company is committed to developing and preparing for the future world by giving employees the opportunity to always express their opinions through Pulse Survey, whose latest survey showed the satisfaction score of 96% toward the Smart Working. Also, the company promotes learning through E-Learning and Half Day Learning monthly.
