1.Select “My Policy” and select policy you plan to perform a transaction.
2. Select icon “Apply for Policy Benefits”
3. Select “Account Information” for Beneficiary Information for Receiving Policy Benefits via
1) Bank Account
2) PromptPay
1.In the case where the insured is a minor, I acknowledge that once the insured reaches legal age but has not yet updated the bank account to be under their own name, the company will proceed to pay all types of benefits via PromptPay using the insured’s national ID number.
2.If no payment method is selected, the company will proceed to pay all types of benefits via PromptPay using the insured’s national ID number.
If the company is unable to make payment via PromptPay using the national ID number for any reason, the company will issue a cheque payable to the insured.

2. Select “Contact Information”
3. Select policy you plan to update personal information
4. Update address and email and submit
· You can update contact information online by your yourself via Emma by AXA Application between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
