Benefit Upgrade Campaign

Receive a 10% discount on the insurance premium for the renewal year if there are no claims, and and upgrade your status in the Privilege Plus+ program by one level to receive additional benefits (this benefit is valid until December 2026).

May 8 - July 31, 2025.

Benefits
  • 10% Health Insurance Premium Discount will be considered from the policy anniversary onwards. If there are no claims in the policy year, the discount will be received in the following policy year. (Not including claims for health check-ups and vaccinations.)
  • Upgrade the status of the Privilege Plus+ program by one level (up to a maximum of Platinum level). When customers accept, they will be able to use the privileges according to the status upgrade cycle immediately, without having to wait for acceptance on the policy anniversary. The privileges can be used after the new status upgrade until December 2026

Acceptance of Rights
  • Accept on your own benefits via the Emma by AXA application.
  • Contact our Customer Service Center by dialing 1159, then press 7
  • Visit our One Stop Service at the head office or at any of our 6 branches nationwide.

Only iHealthy policies effective from November 11, 2020, will receive automatic benefit upgrades without needing to accept the offer.

Notes

1. The health insurance premium of the original plan that is paid and unearned, the company will use this unearned premium for the new coverage plan

 2. The claim of new contract will be the coverage that is continued from the original contact’s coverage till policy anniversary of the original contract.

  3. The remaining coverage of the original contract that is still effective will be continued moving to the new contract till policy anniversary of the original contract (For example, the coverage is THB 100,000. The used benefit of the original contract till now is THB30,000. The remaining benefit coverage of new contract will be THB70,000.). 

FAQs
If customers do not accept the rights of this campaign, will it affect their current coverage?

There will be no impact on current coverage. Customers will continue to receive coverage according to the original policy but will miss this chance to receive additional benefits at no cost and a 10% discount on renewal in the following year if there are no claims.

If customers accept this campaign offer, will they have to pay an increased premium?

Customers will pay the same premium as per the existing insurance premium rate table. They will receive a new contract as a health insurance policy, which is renamed to "Pro" version. Other benefits will remain the same, and they will continue to enjoy coverage without the need for a new underwriting assessment, using the exclusions based on the underwriting results of the original contract (if any), and no health examination or declaration will be required.

For example, for customers holding additional health policies like Mea+, MEK, iChild/iKids, PHS, iHealthy (only policies that were effective before November 11, 2020), the iHealthy additional health insurance will be renamed as the "iHealthy Pro".
