At Krungthai-AXA Life, we develop and create the awareness of an important of Climate Change and Biodiversity for both internal and external. The company focuses on mitigating global warming and protecting the destruction of ecosystems though its investment in green business, 0% investment in coal, and its ambitious targets to reduce its carbon footprint. The company has also launched many ‘’#Commit to Climate Campaign initiates’, including  planting 100,000 trees in 3 years, the integrated reforestation project, the go green and waste management initiative and the step life project. Krungthai-AXA Life also hopes to inspire and encourage other companies to take action now, so together we can help safeguard our planet for our children’s future. “Giving Opportunity, Not Charity” is the company's corporate responsibility philosophy. The company is committed to providing opportunities, generating income and providing sustainable careers for communities throughout Thailand, such as The Baan Nana project at Chiang Rai which has been ongoing for more than 13 years. The Hearts in Action program also plays a vital role in the organization by encouraging employees to contribute to a positive societal and environmental impact through employee volunteering, expertise and related financial support and in-kind donations. As an Insurance company, KTAXA also shares  its financial planning expertise with students and communities to helps build a better understanding of savings and individual risks. In 2021, the Hearts in Action volunteers contributed over 1000 hours in time to good causes.
